Summer Job

About two weeks ago, I filled out a job application online to Giant. Yesterday, I recieved a call from Giant. They wanted to know if I could come in for an interview. So, i went in and I got a job as a trainee. I will start by bagging groceries and moving shopping carts. This is my first real job and I am really excited. This job will give me some extra money and give me some experience. I cannot wait to start working at Giant and learn what it takes to have a real job.

Congratulations Bill! I hope you do well at your new job. My older brother also just recently was accepted for a job in the grocery store business. He starts work at Acme this Friday. Both my mother and I are very happy that he finally got a job because for my mother it means he is finally maturing and for me it means he will be out of the house and not bothering me.

During the summer I have a job too. I will be working as a lifeguard at Primos Secane Swim Club. This job will be fun because
I will be out in the sun all day. The job does have some downsides though. It will be almost everyday with some long hours. Also, I will have to enforce the rules on my friends when they try to take advantage of me being on the stand. A best part of this job will be the pay. I will be making some extra money that will be used for my personal needs. I will save some of the money in case I need some during the next school year. This job will give me experience in many areas, such as first aid and CPR. I can't wait to start next weekend so I can meet my old co-workers again.

I was thinking about a summer job also and some options I considered were lifeguard for Ridley Park Swim Club or an internship for the navy. My dad and neighbor are the president and vice president for Ridley Park Swim Club so I was a shoe in for the job. I am also on the swim team there so I know a bunch of people there. The internship for the navy is in the navy yard in Philadelphia. After some consideration for both I did not apply for a job because I do not have my drivers license yet and I would like to focus on breaking a swimming record and I have a good chance at breaking it.

Summer jobs are a great way of staying out of trouble during the summer season. summer jobs can also help you as source of income. There so many things you can do for summer, and also it depends on where you live. Here is a list of some of the summer jobs that i think can benefit. You can work as a baby-sitter.you can work in grocery by agging or stocking food. you can work in a baseball park, work in a movie theater and You could find a job at the YMCA as a lifeguard. all those are the summer jobs that i personally recommend as a person and then that you could spent your well and still get some money in your pocket.

I think summer jobs are a great thing for some people. My plan is to get a job next summer, so I can enjoy this last free summer with nothing to do but relax. Sometimes I think I should really get a job, because I need money to spend. Other times I really enjoy not worrying about going to work and just relaxing. I really hate to work, but I like getting paid afterward.

Congratulations Bill! I think its great that you got a job, because it will give you some money, like you said. It will also give you something to do through the summer. Having a summer job also looks good on a resume when you are older and try to get a permanent position. They show the company that you have applied to that you were able to have a job, show up and do your job in a timely manner. Congratulations again, and good luck.

Congratulations on getting the job Bill! Now that we are all at the age where we can have jobs, some of our parents may even be pushing us to get a job so we may stop borrowing money from them, and that we may learn some responsibility. I am starting my first job as well this weekend. I am working at my church, so it will be year round, and hopefully won't effect my schooling or athletics too much. I am so excited to start this job, and every other weekend throughout the entire year is a good starting point for me, and I hope I can manage it well. Congratulations again Bill on the job, good luck to everyone with their summer jobs.
